Our client: the LUMC, an academic healthcare provider, and Isala, the largest peripheral hospital in the Netherlands, sought to enhance patient data accessibility while ensuring compliance with EU regulations.

The project proposed to launch and evaluate the Personal Locker for genetic data, a safe environment and infrastructure where individuals can store, view, and interpret their personal genetic data, and provide access to the care providers and researchers of their choice. 4MedBox facilitated the architecture of the infrastructure and implemented a pilot at the Isala hospital for pharmacogenetics.

Our client: MISU, a company from Ukraine, wanted to implement a family health application to facilitate families helping each other in difficult situations.

4MedBox is facilitating the creation of a family health application where families can support each other. Data of family members can be viewed, as long as the family member has given consent, to be able to understand if they need help. This application integrates numerous functionalities, such as: risk assessments, genetic councelling, long-term health monitoring, and much more.
This application also provides the possibility to involve a doctor or a specialist to look at the same data through their own EHR.
Combined service proposition: Vitapoll
Together with multiple service providers we are setting up a data driven approach to lifestyle coaching. Integrating the different service on our infrastructure and combining their strengths.

In collaboration with multiple service providers we have been working on a platform for Lifestyle coaches and their coachees. In this platform advice is generated on lifestyle adaptations based on biomedical data, the preferences of the person and scientifically proven lifestyle changes. These lifestyle advices will be generated from a knowledge graph and can be re-used for other purposes.

Primo Medda aims to bring decentralized precision therapies towards areas where knowledge around precision therapy is lacking and most needed.

Primo Medda is dedicated to close the health inequality gap by helping people receive the right therapy at the right time, wherever they are, using decentralized and circular solutions. Their first implementation of this is a fully automated pharmacogenetic laboratory in combination with a 3D-printer for medication placed in a mobile unit. This facilitates the easy adjustment of dosage of medication based on your genes, and polypharmacy.
